Fa Cai TV001 is a dual SIM card TV phone. It runs on GSM 900 / 1800 Mhz. and comes with 2.8 inch QVGA touch display screen, 2.0-megapixel camera, integrated mp3/mp4 player, Bluetooth, dual SIM slots, FM radio and a microSD slot. You can get one for $131. More pictures after the break.
