Navman S100 GPS-Navigation System Released

Navman today announced the new addition to the S-Series GPS navigation systems. The first model in the series is the Navman S100 that measures at only 13.5mm thick and comes with a 4.3 inch Super flat widescreen. The gadget boasts some new features including 3D city landmarks, NavPix geo-tagged photo navigation, Local Search via Infobel, true Pedestrian mode and uses the new Mio Technology “Spirit” software, which utilizes a new Glide Touch user-interface. This new software enables users to simply tap and slide the touchscreen to open, dock, pan and scroll menus. The Navman S-Series S100 will be released in November 2008 for £199 each.
